Steve Cavanaugh presented “Georgia’s Innovation Continuum: Statewide Water Loss Training & Technical Assistance for Small Water Systems,” and “State of the States: Emerging Water Loss Regulation in the U.S.” at the American Water Works Association’s ACE14 Conference in Boston, Mass. on June 11, 2014.

These two presentations reveal how states are dealing with water loss, and particularly how progressive the state of Georgia has been in implementing innovative measures to train their current employees to understand and adapt the best management practices for data validation.
