Our business is improving the capacity of local governments. Cavanaugh has worked with over 300 water systems on water loss audits and developing water loss control programs.
National Leadership
Cavanaugh’s team members are leaders on National AWWA Water Loss Control Committee members, and are active in the development of the M36 Manual of Practice for Water Audits and Loss Control. Additionally, Will is the Chair of the AWWA WLCC Software Subcommittee, the group that developed the Free Water Audit Software. In 2009, Cavanaugh was selected as a beta tester for the Free Water Audit Software (v4.1), based on our widespread use of the software working with water utilities. Cavanaugh is presently Chairing the Planning Committee for the upcoming inaugural North American Water Loss Committee (Atlanta, Dec 2015).
Georgia Statewide Leadership
These principal project team members were instrumental in the development of the Georgia Water System Audits and Water Loss Control Manual, and have provided the majority of the technical expertise and training for the recent GAWP and GRWA Water Audit Training Workshops.
