Cavanaugh surveyors provided construction staking for this new mixed-used building in the Arts District of Downtown Winston-Salem.  The construction staking of this building required ultra-accuracy because of the 2-inch clearance of the building footprint to a neighboring building. 

The scope included:

• Building foundation layout with necessary offsets, including columns
• Provide layout of under building, curb & gutter 5' offsets
• Stake entrance drives, parking, stormwater structures, provide on site benchmark and points for structural analysis

Cavanaugh also performed comdominium surveys for the residential and commercial condos inside the building.
