Cavanaugh provided boundary survey and platting of a 2,600 acre tract bordering Buncombe and Madison Counties. The property was purchased by State of North Carolina State Proerty Office for the purpose of establishing a conservation easement. The project was an exciting challenge becuase of its size and the mountainous terrain. Cavanaugh completed the project within an aggressice 4-month time schedule.
