ramseur sanitary sewer Easements

The Ramseur Sewer Rehabilitation project included rehabilitation of two sanitary sewer outfalls for the Town of Ramseur, NC.  The existing outfalls were over 40 years old and had no recorded easements.  Based on the rehabilitation design, Cavanaugh surveyors defined necessary boundary lines in order to obtain easements for the outfall. The project scope included field survey and preparation of easement plats.  The plats were then given to the Town's attorney for recordation.
