Congratulations to Faith Hill who recently became a Certified Administrative Professional. The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), through its Institute for Certification Department offers two certification programs, the Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) rating and the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) rating.

The CPS rating can be achieved through certain education and experience requirements plus the successful completion of a 3-part, 1-day exam. More than 62,600 administrative professionals have achieved the CPS rating since 1951.

THE CAP rating may be achieved through certain education and experience requirement plus the successful completion of a 4-part, one and a half day exam. Nearly 3,000 individuals have achieved the CAP rating since its first administration in 2001.
