| Cavanaugh was responsible for the civil/site design for this site which included a new Walgreens and a new Goodwill Industries store. The project involved close coordination with the contractor, architect and the Town of Kernersville for permitting. The project included demolition of an existing shopping center, grading, stormwater control, erosion control, permitting and roadway improvements at a major intersection in Kernersville. |
