Cavanaugh is currently working with the Town of Surf City on the design & permitting of the expansion of a 600,000 gallon per day wastewater treatment facility.

Cavanaugh recently completed the land evaluation state of the project:

• Evaluated property within a 10-mile radius of the Town of Surf City to determine suitability for land application effluent disposal
• Collaborated with Ed Andrews for preliminary site evaluations
• Prioritized suitable sites based on criteria needed to serve the Town’s needs
  
• Assisted the Town with negotiation and acquisition of the Juniper Swamp Tract
  
• Completed soils evaluation of property
  Currently performing hydrogeologic evaluation
  2,200-acre irrigation site currently under design
