Cavanaugh & Associates, P.A. worked closely with the client as the engineer for this 1,200-acre development. Cavanaugh provided the utility design, erosion control, specifications, permitting, and construction inspection of all the developments within the country club. The design included 15 miles of both water and sewer mains (gravity and pressure) and over 30 lift stations.

Cavanaugh also designed the irrigation plans for the golf course.
