Cavanaugh is responsible for the site planning, stormwater management, utility infrastrastucture and construction documents for this multi-phased project located in Onslow County, NC.  Also included in the scope is a water system connection to Onslow County Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA) and the design of a central wastewater treatment facility to serve the entire development.  Currently Phases 4 and 5 are underway with 67 units and 138 units respectively. Cavanaugh is also providing construction observation for the projects.
