Cavanaugh provided design and permitting services for the Town of Nags Head to construct a new 500,000-gallon elevated water storage tank. Included in the project was the addition of an altitude valve and by-pass line for their existing elevated storage tank and a new distribution line for existing water tank.
Cavanaugh also provided construction administration and observation for the project.
