Cavanaugh was responsible for the project development of a 500,000 square foot industrial facility located in Kings Mountain, NC.  The project scope included:

• Scematic site plan design for 500,000 square foot industrial facility
  • Rough grading and evaluation of earthwork balance
  • Due diligence regarding zoning and permitting requirements
• Site Plan Development including grading, stormwater control, permitting, and development of construction documents
• Infrastructure design including water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer design
• Parking layout and landscape design

This project required close coordination with the developer and permitting agencies in order to accomodate the client's aggressive schedule.  Cavanaugh also provided construction administration and observation.
