Cavanaugh provided extensive agricultural services including Project Technical Management services for the Environmentally Superior Technology demonstration and evaluation projects under Agreements between Smithfield Foods and Premium Standard Farms and the NC Attorney General to determine innovative means of treating the wastes produced by swine facilities.

Cavanaugh also provides nutrient management plans, evaluation of alternative farm systems and programs, assistance to farmers in implementation of new technologies as well as comprehensive facility engineering services.
