Our ALTA survey and data collection expertise applies directly to the detail needed to for the staking of condominiums where there is no room for error.  One such project is the new Trader's Row building in downtown Winston-Salem.    This mixed-use building includes retail and commercial space, as well as 16 residential condomiums of varying size.  Once the five floors of the building were constructed, Cavanaugh surveyors, located the condominium boundaries to verify them with the architect's drawings. 

Surveyors defined common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwell and underground parking access as well as the individual condo units.  All of the surveys interlock like a five story jigsaw puzzle. Accuracy and clarity on these tedious surveys is something the closing attorneys appreciate.
